Beef In Chilli Hot Pot is quite a unique creation in Central Vietnam. A must-try for spicy food lovers.
Ingredients
2 tomatoes, seeds removed and cut into small chunks
1 bell pepper, seeds removed and cut into small chunks
3 red chili peppers, seed removed and cut into small chunks
1-3 hot chili pepper seed removed and cut into small chunks
300 ml fresh coconut juice
1/2 salt
1 sugar
2 stock powder
2 tapioca starch
1 onion thinly sliced
3 lemongrass slightly pulled
3-4 ginger slices smashed
1 bitter melon
celery, cabbage, water spinach etc.
instant ramen noodle

I think I might try it this weekend. It looks delicious. What region does this dish come from? Bác, nam, huế? Also, after dipping the veggies, meat, and ramen, do you just eat it khô? Since the pot of broth is small?
